Mrs. Anita Wankhede, having been a physics teacher for several years, keenly plays a pivotal role as an educator. A dynamic person working tirelessly since 1999 to mentor students aspiring for MBBS. She completed her Masters in Physics and M.Phil and started her career as a Senior Lecturer in Shivaji Science College, Nagpur. With a thirst to mould the most significant resource of the nation – young impressionable minds - she established Wankhede Madam's Academy (WMA) in the year 2005. WMA has consistently generated the best results in Maharashtra for the past 20 years in Medical and Engineering entrance examinations. WMA under her guidance focuses on quality education and adopting a result-oriented methodology to imbue excellence in the students.
Over 3500 students of WMA have been admitted to MBBS across top medical colleges in India since 2005 & the number grows each year. Some of these colleges include AIIMS, Maulana Azad - Delhi, KEM Mumbai, COOPER, JJ, NAIR Mumbai, BJ Pune, GMC & IGMC Nagpur & other Govt. Medical colleges / Prestigious Semi-Govt. Medical colleges & Deemed Universities. Also, 2000+ students from her institute have joined IITs, NITs, and recognized engineering colleges nationwide.

Ms. Gauri Jadhav, is the Principal at BASE school, Koradi Nagpur. Having started her academic career immediately after her Graduation in the year 2009.
She has done her schooling from Air Force school and Kendriya Vidyalaya from Coimbatore and Nasik. She completed her Senior college from Dharampeth Science College Nagpur with further specialisation from YCMOU.
She is a former athlete who has won many medals for district level athletics events, She is also a Music enthusiast who has accomplished Madhyama Pratham from The Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya with distinction.
Ms. Gauri Jadhav is an able leader and an administrator, an academician, a passionate counsellor and a philanthropist. She is an educationist having more than 15 years of experience in the teaching field. She has also been a part of various inspection Team like CTET and other competitive exams under CBSE. She is Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to staying with the latest teaching theories and trends, as well as behavioural studies.
She is a recipient of Educational Reformer of the year 2024 by National School Awards, New Delhi. She has been a part of various different Teacher Development Programmes, Capacity Building Programmes such as Instructional Leadership, Mentoring and Motivating Teachers, Principals Educational Conferences. She is a self-disciplined person with a firm set of beliefs, ideas and values.
